Quality Manager

Job Profile:
- Performs all work with strict adherence to the company Quality System, proper documentation procedures, and safety standards
- Works closely with all members of the quality management team in industrial and medical
- Ensures quality and consistency of products by establishing product inspection criteria and related work instructions; monitoring internal product quality; working with appropriate parties to improve product quality; and analyzing and reporting on quality data
- Conducts and defines internal audits and self-assessments according to defined guidelines of ISO9001
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Associates’ degree in a Quality field or equivalent education required
- 3-5 Years of quality experience
- Significant experience conducting internal and customer audits, ISO procedures, calibrations, and applicable measuring devices
- Ability to exhibit strong judgment and decision-making skills
- Experience with developing/documenting procedures
- Quality orientation and high attention to detail
